Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India.

All Turumi products are handmade in small batches and packed with care. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location and the courier partner. You will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Rates

• We charge a flat shipping rate of ₹80 on all orders.

• Any local pickup or third-party delivery options, if available, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

• Additional charges for hyperlocal delivery services (where applicable) will be communicated separately.
