Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of handmade personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery emailing hello.turumi@gmail.com, along with clear photographs of the issue.

After review, we will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before placing an order. If you need help choosing a product, we’re always happy to assist.


Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at hello.turumi@gmail.com with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
